Account Manager

Position Overview

As an Account Manager at Tournkey, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients. Your main focus is to ensure that their needs and expectations are met while also achieving the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • point of contact for client inquiries and requests
  • Supporting key accounts
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to address them
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition
  • Support internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Expanding new markets
  • Building and maintaining strong, lasting customer relations
  • Tracking and maintaining customer progress on Click-up

Qualifications

  • Sales and/or Marketing experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Clickup and Hubspot familiarity an asset

Starting Wage

  • $18.25 hourly
