Account Executive

POSITION PURPOSE

  • Report directly to the COO
  • To create growth through managing key account partnerships
  • To maximize Tournkey sales by developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners
  • Improve and refine processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies
  • Evaluate and measure individual/business performance
  • To provide excellent account management to enhance existing partnerships
  • To create growth by gaining key account partnerships
  • Develop a wide range of industry skills enabling future growth and leadership opportunities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  • Work with the service team to create efficiencies and growth of all new and existing partners
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Learn and expand offerings within the company including internal operational tools like Slack, Clickup, and Hubspot
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Establish and exceed sales goals, target accounts, and opportunities to grow the company and affiliates

  • Contract Management

  • Engage in constant operation improvements

  • Travel throughout Canada and the United States as required (If applicable)

  • Covering for colleagues where required

  • Engage management in the opportunity for growth and development to reach goals set up in onboarding and interviews

  • Some evening and weekend work required
