POSITION PURPOSE
- Report directly to the COO
- To create growth through managing key account partnerships
- To maximize Tournkey sales by developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners
- Improve and refine processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies
- Evaluate and measure individual/business performance
- To provide excellent account management to enhance existing partnerships
- To create growth by gaining key account partnerships
- Develop a wide range of industry skills enabling future growth and leadership opportunities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Work with the service team to create efficiencies and growth of all new and existing partners
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
- Learn and expand offerings within the company including internal operational tools like Slack, Clickup, and Hubspot
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
- Other duties as required
